General Terms & Conditions

Short-term holiday lease between lessor Dries Vanheurck & An-Katrien Casselman and lessee. The apartment at 126 Impasse du Chéloup, 73590 Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, France is leased exclusively as a holiday property — not as a primary residence. The lessee shall not sublet nor transfer tenancy rights.

Duration & Check-in/out

Rental is for 7 nights. Check-in from Sunday 4:00pm. Check-out by Sunday 11:00am. These times must be strictly respected. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

Deposit & Payment

Refundable deposit of €2,500 payable at least 2 months before arrival to BE46 7330 0954 5436. 50% advance due within 1 week of signing; balance 1 week before arrival. Deposit refunded within 1 month after departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after signing: full deposit charged. Within 2 months of start: 50% of total rent charged. Force majeure cancellation by owner: full refund or alternative period. Re-letting: amount paid refunded minus expenses.

House Rules

No pets permitted. No subletting. Property must be left clean — fridge emptied, dishes done, rubbish removed to containers. Any damage caused must be reported and will be charged. The quiet character of the area must be respected at all times.

Utilities & Inventory

Water, electricity and WiFi included in rental price. An inventory is handed over with the keys. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of arrival. The lessee is responsible for all damage caused during the rental period.
